Congratulations to The Centre trustees, Rebecca and Reece who delivered an exceptionally well-received workshop to people working and volunteering in community health at Carlisle Racecourse this week. Thank you to organisers #LOCintheLakes for providing the opportunity for Rebecca and Reece to share their inspirational story, from campaigning age 13 to save the overnight beds in their local hospital, to being called to advise MPs on levelling up strategies.
 
During this Mental Health Awareness Week, it was also a timely opportunity to ask people to share the recommendations for improving mental health and the films they made as members of the WE WILL youth mental health group, which can be found at www.thecentrewestcumbria.com/we-will/
